Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of Bon Secours medical buildings. You will be part of a collaborative team, responsible for maintaining facilities within a 1 to 1.5-hour radius of Chesterfield.
ResponsibilitiesCheck fire extinguishers to ensure compliance and safety.Perform preventive maintenance tasks on building systems.Troubleshoot and conduct minor HVAC repairs.Maintain and repair water fixtures.Essential SkillsExperience in HVAC systems.Proficiency in preventive maintenance and building maintenance.Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in facilities tech or building maintenance.Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will be traveling to 10-15 offsite Bon Secours medical buildings located in the Richmond and surrounding areas. The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a supportive team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glen Allen, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
