**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of Bon Secours medical buildings. You will be part of a collaborative team, responsible for maintaining facilities within a 1 to 1.5-hour radius of Chesterfield. **Responsibilities** + Check fire extinguishers to ensure compliance and safety. + Perform preventive maintenance tasks on building systems. + Troubleshoot and conduct minor HVAC repairs. + Maintain and repair water fixtures. **Essential Skills** + Experience in HVAC systems. + Proficiency in preventive maintenance and building maintenance. + Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities tech or building maintenance. + Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join one of the premier facilities management companies in the industry, offering stability and growth opportunities.
