**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining open property, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings, and grounds. You will be responsible for the maintenance and landscaping of assigned areas, performing preventive maintenance, making minor repairs, and assisting outside service personnel as needed. You will report major repair and maintenance needs to the Team Leader. **Pay: $28 - $32/hr** **Shift: 1st shift 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday** **Responsibilities** + Maintain open property, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings, and grounds. + Perform preventive maintenance and make minor repairs. + Assist outside service personnel as needed. + Report major repair and maintenance needs to the Team Leader. + Maintain related maintenance records. + Complete work orders and file paperwork appropriately. + Document scheduled cleaning of equipment, buildings, and grounds. + Establish and maintain effective communication, coordination, and working relationships with company personnel, management, vendors, and service providers. + Assist company personnel as needed. + Keep management informed of area activities and any significant problems or maintenance concerns. + Attend and participate in meetings as required. + Assist vendors and service providers as needed. + Perform miscellaneous and specially requested tasks. + Complete assigned training. **Essential Skills** + Facilities/building maintenance + Plumbing + Repair + Mechanical + Troubleshooting + Carpentry + Hand tool use + Cleaning **Why Work Here?** Enjoy company benefits and a matching 401k, as well as once a month events like food trucks, ice cream, and t-shirt giveaways.
