Job Title: Facilities Technician

Job Description

The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining and servicing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building maintenance components. As a direct customer contact, you will project a positive, friendly, and professional image while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will perform preventative maintenance and service on building equipment and conduct daily inspections of the facilities. The position is with a property management company serving retail and office locations in the Baltimore County area. The work involves servicing two properties, a 5-story office building, where you'll be part of a smaller team. The role requires someone with the capability to work independently. The hours are 1st Shift, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

ResponsibilitiesService equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.Perform preventative maintenance and service on various types of building equipment.Conduct daily inspections of the buildings.Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact, projecting a positive, friendly, and professional image.Assist with other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsBasic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance components.3+ years of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing skills.Strong HVAC experience.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to lift 50 pounds.Additional Skills & QualificationsValid driver's license.Experience working independently.Ready to interview?Qualified candidates are invited to use the link below to schedule an interview. The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
