Job Description:

Plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations at the site, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Vendor

1. Attend to and assist with complaints from vendors related to the site entrance/working or job issue.  

2. Arrange and manage vendor access for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.  

3. Ensuring vendor follow safety rules & regulations.

Client

1. Attend to and assist with complaints from clients related to the site.  

2. Assist the team during internal or external audit sessions.  

3. Manage and track all regulatory requirements related to the site, such as compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga, KPDNKK, Business Licenses, and _Surat Sokongan Bomba_ .

4. Track vendor Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure all jobs are completed within the specified timeline.

5. Prepare Weekly & Monthly Report.

Team

1. Assign staff rosters in the system and ensure they may perform submission of overtime claims on time.  

2. Track and record attendance for technical staff.  

3. Monitor and track payment processes for backup team at site.  

4. Act as a liaison between HR and the site team for any issues or escalations.

5. Compile documents for newly joined site staff (e.g. certificates, IC, photos) and coordinate issuance of their work IDs.
