Job Description Summary

We’re seeking a polished, proactive, and service-driven Facilities Support & Concierge professional to be the face of the workplace for our client. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless day-to-day operations, create memorable experiences for employees and visitors, and support our facilities team with essential on-site services.

As the Facilities Support & Concierge, you will be responsible for providing first-class customer service, coordinating workplace activities, and ensuring the smooth running of the office environment. You’ll support the Facilities Lead across a range of tasks including visitor management, room bookings, maintenance coordination, data reporting, and general workplace assistance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Deliver warm, professional customer service to all employees, visitors, and guests Manage visitor access, meeting room bookings, and workplace comfort

Respond to general enquiries and proactively resolve issues around cleaning, HVAC, space use, and amenities

Support non-technical facilities management activities and scheduled maintenance

Assist with asset register updates and reactive maintenance requests

Coordinate contractors, inductions, and safe work practices

Provide input into sustainability initiatives and improvement opportunities

Maintain reporting data, track maintenance trends, and support incident reporting
