As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Responsible for FM standards and delivery through KPI's/SLA's upholding CBRE’s RISE values
+ Responsible for adherence to business controls and CBRE processes and procedures
+ Work with clients, contractors and CBRE Account manager to make sure the implementationand respect of contractual agreements,procedures and policies.
+ Manage day to day operations of site
+ Provide professional advice to client on FM matters associated with the site(s)
+ Manage suppliers who support the site(s) and establish contracts and POs
+ Coordinate suppliers to ensure the providing of facilities services in line with contract and service level agreements
+ Ensure the regular maintenance of equipments, systems and facilities in line with the existing maintenance plan
+ Built and manage the Service and Maintenance plan in line with contract, legal requirements, applicable guidelines and Client expectations
+ Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and other downtime to minimize business interruption and inconvenience.
+ Oversee operations, assign work orders, and provide support to staff and subcontractors
+ Receive intervention request from the stakeholders (Client / CBRE)
+ Manage all the request received in line with contractual agreements and applicable procedures
+ Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
+ Ensure opportunities for additional works are identified and documented for revenue generation for company
+ Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
+ Point of contact for escalated communications between Clients, Suppliers and CBRE Supervisors.
+ Review data from work order and services inspections, present performance and progress status reports to management also for the KPI’s calculation. Make suggestions on how to improve efficiency.
+ Coordinate client performance reviews against output on a monthly basis
+ Manage the site budget, in coordination with the Finance function, monitoring the costs and propose the budget changes in line with the Client request
+ Keep track of regular and ad-hoc expenses to monitor the budget.
+ Review and share the monthly reports (Operation, HSE, Finance) required.
+ Participate to fixed and requested meeting with the Client and CBRE management.
+ Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training
+ Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls
+ Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies
WORK LOCATION; Vado Ligure (SV)
+ Engineering Degree or High School Diploma with minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ English Fluent
