You will report directly to the Facilities Manager and provide updates along with supporting and completing projects to meet targets.** **This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.** **What you’ll do** + **Works to troubleshoot and identify mechanical issues, works to repair problems to minimize downtime that may affect patient care.** + **Maintain maintenance records to adhere to The Joint Commission Standards.** + **Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.** + **Point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented.** + **Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.** + **Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management. Make suggestions on how to improve efficiency.** + **Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.** + **Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors.** + **Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.** + **Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.** + **May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.** + **Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.** + **Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.** + **Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.** **What you’ll need** + **Prior experience with commercial mechanical systems to include chilled water systems, heating hot water loops, medical air & vacuum systems, commercial generators & electrical is a plus.** + **High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.** + **In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.** + **Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.** + **Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.** + **Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset.** + **Exceptional math skills. The minimum salary for the Facilities Supervisor position is $ 78,000 annually [or $37.50 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Supervisor position is $81,000 annually [or $38.94 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
