Facilities Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have [Soft Skill 1], [Soft Skill 2] and [Soft Skill 3] which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Facilities Supervisor** **Location: South Fulton Blvd by Airport** **Pay Range: 27.00** ou'll Do + Facilities & Maintenance Support + Support the Facilities Manager with light maintenance and repair work, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. + Perform and oversee routine facility inspections, identifying maintenance issues and ensuring timely resolution. + Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools; ensure proper use and care by team members. + Obtain and maintain certifications to operate equipment such as scissor lifts and Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT); work at heights up to 35–40 feet as needed. + Ensure all maintenance work meets quality, safety, and appearance standards. + Team Leadership & Supervision + Lead, coach, and support 2–3 Facilities Associates, providing daily direction and oversight. + Assign work, prioritize tasks, and monitor completion to ensure service-level expectations are met. + Reinforce safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and PPE compliance. + Provide feedback, support onboarding and training, and escalate performance or safety concerns as needed. + Operational Collaboration + Respond to internal customer trouble calls and ensure timely, professional resolution. + Partner with Operations leadership to support operational needs when required. + Communicate facility status, risks, and completed work to the Facilities Manager. + Support audits, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. + Other Responsibilities + Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. + Complete additional duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or Operations leadership. + What You'll Need + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Knowledge of general warehouse expectations for safety and teamwork. + Proficiency with basic hand and power tools, including safe and proper usage. + Understanding of maintenance-related safety items, such as LOTO and PPE. + Willingness and aptitude to be certified to operate operations-related PIT and maintenance equipment like scissor lifts. + Ability to work at heights of 35-40 feet. + Strong attention to detail and a desire to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard. + Excellent internal customer service skills. + Flexibility to assist with various operational roles as needed. + Bonus Points + 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. + Prior experience leading or mentoring others. + Conveyance, compressor, or basic electrical knowledge. + Additional maintenance or equipment certifications. + Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. + Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. **What’s the Job?** Max of 5 + [Job Responsibility 1] + [Job Responsibility 2] + [Job Responsibility 3] + [Job Responsibility 4] + [Job Responsibility 5] **What’s Needed?** Max of 5 + [Job Requirement 1] + [Job Requirement 2] + [Job Requirement 3] + [Job Requirement 4] + [Job Requirement 5] **What’s in it for me?** Max of 5 + [Benefit 1] + [Benefit 2] + [Benefit 3] + [Benefit 4] + [Benefit 5]If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
