Description

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of the leadership team of the campus, and will be involved in future planning, profit and loss meetings, and hold other strategic decision making responsibilities. Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and functionality of all grounds, facilities and related equipment. This role involves managing a team of maintenance staff to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of buildings, restrooms, and groundsthroughout the year. Will coordinate maintenance activities, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This position also includes budget management, vendor coordination, and event support to facilitate a seamless experience for visitors and participants. The individual selected for this role will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the preventative maintenance program; making adjustments where they see fit. They will manage all maintenance and groundskeeping staff including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, assignment of work orders, and payroll administration.

Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED required. 5 years minimum in a commercial facilities environment. 2-3 years supervisory or management experience. Willingness to work irregular hours and adapt to changing demands and unexpected situations during peak season.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
