Facilities Sr Coordinator
Our client, a leading organization in the **facilities management industry** , is seeking an **Assistant Facilities Manager** to join their team. As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be part of the **Facilities Management department** , supporting daily operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have strong **organizational** , **communication** , and **problem-solving** skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Assistant Facilities Manager **Location:** Boston, MA (travel to Andover once per week and Cambridge once per month) **Pay Range:** $35.00 – $42.00 / hr **What’s the Job?** + Oversee daily facility operations, including inspections, repairs, and vendor coordination. + Manage small facility projects such as painting, patchwork, and minor architectural repairs. + Serve as the main point of contact for client requests and vendor activities. + Coordinate with maintenance and trades personnel to ensure timely completion of work orders. + Support preventive and corrective maintenance efforts while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. **What’s Needed?** + Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2–5 years of relevant facilities management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. + Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally. + Valid driver’s license required for site travel. **What’s in it for me?** + Medical insurance + Dental insurance + Disability insurance + Life insurance + Weekly payment **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. **Duration:** Through January 2026, with potential to convert to permanent.
