AT&T has an opening for a Facilities Specialist to support the team by assisting in the management of the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities. **The job duties of the IT Field Support Specialist are as follows:** + The position plans and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs. + Will assist in the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion. + Inspects construction and installation progress. + Initiates planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment. + Manages the receiving function. + Manages preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC and office equipment. + Manages the telecommunication function. + Oversees the parking program. + Oversees the cleaning and maintenance of facility. + Helps to manage internal Help Desk of the building, facilitating and completing service tickets for office tenants. **Required Clearance:** Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain TSCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph) (#clearable) **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 1+ years of related experience.
