Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Facilities Specialist to join their team. As a Facilities Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting the overall functionality and maintenance of the facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Facilities Specialist
**Location:** Norcross, GA
**Pay Range:** $45,760 annually
**What's the Job?**
+ Support the operational aspects of the facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
+ Coordinate maintenance and contract work, ensuring the upkeep of the facility.
+ Serve as the primary contact for all facility-related inquiries from employees.
+ Assist in the planning and execution of the upcoming facility move scheduled for 2025.
+ Maintain accurate records for all services, service providers, and expenses related to facility operations.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
+ Proven experience in project management, particularly in company relocations.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
