Position Requirements: + 2-3 years of experience in facilities/plant operations, plus leadership or mentoring of hourly staff. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CPMM or similar certification preferred. + Knowledge of boilers, chillers, generators, and HVAC/R systems. + Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills; close attention to detail. + Experience with WebTMA; P&L exposure a plus.
