Facilities Operational Analyst

The Facility Operations Analyst, based in Budapest, supports global facility operations through financial and operational analytics. This role provides visibility into facility costs, performance, and trends, working closely with Finance, Facilities Management, Procurement, and global stakeholders.

It is an ideal opportunity for an earlycareer professional who is analytical, proactive, and eager to contribute directly to operational decisionmaking in a global environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

Financial & Cost Analytics 

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to track facility costs, including:  

Tools, labor, equipment, and supplies expenditures 

Utilities (electricity, gas, water, waste) and energy usage 

Contracts, service levels, and vendor spend 

Analyze cost drivers and trends to identify savings opportunities and operational efficiencies. 

Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast. 

Operational Performance & Data Management 

Design metrics and KPIs to monitor facility performance, service levels, and asset health. 

Develop predictive analytics related to maintenance cycles, equipment failure risk, and longterm capital needs. 

Qualifications & Experience 
 Required 

Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, Operations, or related field. 

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency. 

Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools. 

Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Considered an Advantage 

Exposure to facility operations, real estate, or operational environments. 

Experience working with finance teams, vendors, or sourcing/procurement.
