What this job involves:

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of facilities service as detailed in the scope of works section of the contract while reporting to the Account Director. You will be responsible for service delivery at specified locations, measured by contractual Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements with functional accountability for an assigned sector of Client Sites. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring thorough understanding of client objectives, implementing property-specific operating strategies, overseeing approved initiatives and programs, and representing Jones Lang LaSalle in the local and regional business community to promote JLL's reputation and capabilities to prospective tenants and clients.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Communicate with Site Leadership team including Country Manager, HR, Finance, Legal, and IT while preparing and distributing Quarterly/Annual Business Review informationProcure goods and services for client buildings utilizing Jones Lang LaSalle sourcing teams while holding regular meetings with LandlordConduct space evaluation and planning, updating floor plans using client architect partners while managing project lifecycles during built-out phasesPerform site inspections covering daily cleaning, HVAC, and landscaping while ensuring contracted resources deliver work to meet duration and quality targetsProcess and control invoices and work orders, open and monitor budgets in Oracle financial system while preparing and updating forecastsOversee technical maintenance for installations including AC/heating/fire extinguishing systems and electrical installationsNegotiate, renegotiate, and maintain contracts with vendors while planning and budgeting internal fit-out works and technical installations.

Required Qualifications:

Ideally 6+ years experience in Facilities Management role within large commercial organizationExperience owning facilities contracts and supplier/contractor management with knowledge of EU Facility legislation and governing bodiesFluency in local language and English essential with customer focused approach and cultural awarenessStrong decision-making and complex problem-solving abilities including proactive information gathering and sound inference drawingExcellent verbal and written communication with strong leadership, teamwork, analysis, judgment, and customer focus skillsPlanning and organizing abilities including priority evaluation, conflict resolution, and delivering high-quality results on timeHigh level of IT literacy with spreadsheet and word processing proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

Quality Assurance knowledge and experience with Oracle financial system experienceBackground in project management during built-out phases with architect and landlord liaison experienceExperience managing teams of receptionists including resource allocation and workload delegationKnowledge of safety document maintenance and government authority liaison proceduresUnderstanding of fire evacuation and first aid training organization for employeesExperience with security/alarm response coordination and Assistant Facilities Manager coverageSelf-starter qualities with intellectual curiosity and proven team player approach.
