Key Responsibilities:

Lead reactive and planned maintenance across a large property portfolio

Conduct annual inspections and NABERS assessments

Manage critical incidents and recovery plans

Oversee contractor performance and compliance

Maintain asset lifecycle plans and ensure data integrity

Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in FM delivery

Support financial reporting, audits, and budget forecasting

About You:

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Facilities Management

Strong client focus and ability to deliver results

Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills

Financial acumen and systems/data management capability

Able to work independently and within a collaborative team

Experience in government or multi-site portfolios highly regarded
