We are seeking an individual to join the team who is fully committed to the success of USMS programs and bringing the best innovation, implementation, and attitudes to bear to the position. **Description of Duties:** The Facilities Manager will plan and manage all aspects of the facilities function which may include but is not limited to maintenance, equipment, machinery, construction, building space allocation and layout, office services, leased properties and furnishings, and communication services. Additionally, the candidate will: · Plan, budget and schedule facilities modifications and moves · Inspect construction and installation progress to ensure conformance with established specifications and to comply with company and/or government regulations · Responsible for managing a function that includes multiple related departments.
