Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Pay: $75,000/year + $8,000 in yearly bonuses

Shift: 1st shift - 7:00am-4:00pm - Monday-Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee our main location and corporate facilities. This role involves managing a team of two workers and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, documentation, and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the main location and corporate facilities.Manage and supervise a team of two workers.Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.Ensure efficient facilities maintenance and vendor management.Maintain and document all facility-related activities and budgets.

Essential Skills:

Strong customer service skills.Experience in facilities maintenance and management.Proficiency in vendor management.Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.Strong documentation and budgeting skills.
