Based at premium industrial asset in Greystanes with options to work at CBRE office in Parramatta or IFM Flex Office in the CBD.
**The Role**
CBRE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a well-maintained, multi-tenant industrial estate in Greystanes on the IFM Investors account.
This role offers genuine autonomy and trust, with flexibility to manage your hours and complete administrative tasks from home where appropriate, while maintaining a strong on-site presence to ensure operational excellence.
You’ll work closely with the *CBRE industrial property management team, client and tenants to deliver high standards across safety, compliance, cost control and presentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ End-to-end facilities management of a multi-building industrial estate
+ Contractor management, *working with the procurement team on tendering and performance monitoring
+ Preventative and reactive maintenance coordination
+ Budget management, forecasting and cost control
+ WHS, compliance and essential services oversight
+ Tenant liaison and issue resolution
+ Coordination of minor capital works and upgrades
**About You**
+ Proven experience in Facilities Management, ideally within industrial or commercial assets
+ Strong understanding of compliance, WHS and essential services
+ Confident managing contractors and stakeholders
+ Well-organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
