**Our client, a leader in Property & Facilities Management, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department, supporting a high-rise campus team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent responsiveness, and effective follow-through, which will align successfully in the organization.**
**Job Title:** Facilities Manager
**Location:** San Jose, CA
**Pay Range:** $41.46/hr – $60.11/hr
**What’s the Job?**
+ Oversee building operations and maintenance for a multi-building high-rise campus.
+ Manage and mentor a small operational team, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance evaluations.
+ Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and workplace experience services with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
+ Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets, purchase orders, and variance reports.
+ Maintain client relationships and proactively resolve facility issues.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Experience in workplace services, finance, and building information systems.
+ Strong soft skills: responsiveness, attention to detail, and professional communication.
+ Knowledge of high-rise building operations, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
+ Leadership experience, including team management, coaching, and mentoring.
+ Valid driver’s license; bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
