**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of a facility, campus, or a portfolio of small to medium-sized buildings. In this role, you will manage several administrative and clinical sites for one of our healthcare clients in Anaheim and surrounding cities, with a strong emphasis on project coordination and execution.
While this position does not include direct reports, you will work closely with vendors and CBRE technicians to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with client standards.
This role is part of the Facilities Management function, which focuses on the full scope of asset operations and may involve collaboration with Property Managers or landlords to support overall portfolio performance.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance performed by vendors, and contractors.
+ This position requires approximately 70% field work, with regular travel to various sites.
+ Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
+ Prepare and manage capital and operating projects.
+ Manage all aspects of budget development, implementation and monitoring.
+ Perform facility inspections, following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
+ Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
+ Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
+ Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence stakeholders to achieve consensus.
+ Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be apparent in existing systems and processes.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Must have proven experience in managing commercial facilities, including overseeing daily operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and managing vendor relationships
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
+ Experience managing small-scale projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
+ Proficiency in using a CMMS for tracking work orders, preventative maintenance, and asset management.
+ The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience in managing and overseeing a budget.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong technical aptitude is required.
+ Possessing a foundational understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems beneficial.
+ This role requires strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and positive client interaction.
+ Skilled in navigating the exchange of sensitive and complex information, setting performance expectations, and resolving issues.
+ Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate others and positively influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of job disciple and department.
+ Strong organizational skills complemented by a keen inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

**California Residents:** CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
