CBRE is seeking a proactive and solutions-focused person to join our award-winning Charter Hall account team as an Assistant Facilities Manager. Based in Sydney, this role offers hands-on exposure to a portfolio of six premium commercial buildings and the chance to collaborate with experienced on-site FM teams to deliver outstanding results.
You'll be exposed to a diverse mix of buildings and FM responsibilities, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and long-term asset performance.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Support the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial assets, coordinating building services and maintenance
+ Collaborate with site-based Facilities Managers, contractors and Charter Hall stakeholders to uphold safety, compliance and presentation
+ Provide leave coverage across the portfolio and contribute to reporting, contractor management and asset improvements
**About You**
You’re a confident communicator, organised operator and solutions-focused professional who thrives in a multi-site environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:
+ Previous facilities or property management experience in commercial real estate or similar
+ Some familiarity with technical building systems and service contracts
+ Strong time management skills and a customer-first approach
+ A trade background or exposure to services (highly regarded but not essential)
