Job Title: Facilities Manager
Job Description

We are looking for a Facilities Manager who will play a key role in our growth and transition as we move to a new location when our lease expires in 2027. You will be instrumental in identifying our new building and assisting with the installation of equipment.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in locating a new building for the company.Oversee the installation of equipment in the new facility.Manage space planning and build-out processes.Ensure effective facilities maintenance and management.Implement and manage a vendor management system.Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor relationships.Work in a dynamic, start-up environment where changes occur daily.Essential SkillsExperience in space planning and build-out.Knowledge of facilities maintenance and management.Proficiency in vendor management systems and vendor relationships.Experience working in lab environments.Adaptability to a start-up environment with frequent changes.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience with permitting, moving, and building out a company.Mechanical skills are advantageous.Why Work Here?

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Oakland, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $67.31 - $72.12/hr.
