Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a high-profile facility or campus. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in facilities management to play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations including cleaning, engineering, life safety, site services, and general maintenance in line with company and client policies.
Review and manage supplier contracts, ensuring value for money and service standards; oversee invoice and contract alignment.
Lead maintenance programmes, ensuring the interior and exterior of the property remain in excellent condition.
Act promptly on occupant requests relating to repairs, maintenance, and cleaning services.
Maintain accurate records and site documentation including emergency procedures, compliance logs, vendor insurance, financial records, and contract files.
Support budget preparation, financial reporting, and purchasing activities.
Assist in the development of long-term capital improvement and maintenance plans.
Regularly inspect the facility and report issues to the Facilities Director/Manager.
Ensure tenant and contractor compliance with insurance requirements; manage claims processes where applicable.
Ensure full understanding of all contractual obligations and building-specific agreements.

Familiarity with Building Management Systems and CMMS platforms
Qualifications & ExperienceRelevant degree or diploma (e.g. Facilities Management, Engineering, Business); bachelor’s degree preferred
3–5 years’ experience in facilities or property management, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting
Experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction highly desirable
Professional certifications such as CFM (IFMA) or equivalent are advantageous
Technical ProficiencyStrong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with financial tracking and systems such as Yardi is a plus
