This role is a standout opportunity! **The Role** CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio of assets with a great blend of Industrial and Retail exposure on the Charter Hall account. You will be primarily based in Frenchs Forest with a localised portfolio. This is a rare opportunity within CBRE to step into a Facilities Management role that offers real flexibility and autonomy with occasional work from home options. **Key Responsibilities** + End-to-end facilities management across the allocated portfolio + Contractor and service provider management (hard & soft services) + Coordination of planned and reactive maintenance + Budget management, forecasting, and cost control + WHS, compliance, and essential services management + Regular site inspections and reporting + Building strong relationships with Charter Hall, tenants, and internal stakeholders + Identifying and implementing asset improvement initiatives **About You** This role will suit an experienced Facilities Manager who enjoys autonomy and takes ownership of outcomes.
