Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including painting, drywall repair, and light carpentryPrepare apartments and units for new residents, ensuring every space is clean, functional, and welcomingSupport and guide junior technicians, sharing your expertise and helping them growHandle routine fixes like replacing locks, lighting, and appliancesCoordinate with outside contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to standardExperience in general contracting, carpentry, or property maintenanceStrong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to repairsA valid driver’s licenseFamiliarity with appliance repair, basic electrical work, and remodeling
