Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician with a strong experience in maintaining and repairing various systems within a facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preventive maintenance and be adept at handling electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall tasks.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular preventive maintenance on facility systems.Perform repairs on electrical and plumbing systems as needed.Handle painting and drywall tasks to maintain facility aesthetics.Ensure compliance with GMP and other medical-device quality standards.Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records.Essential Skills
5 years or more of facilities maintenance experience.Proficiency in preventive maintenance, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall.Familiarity with GMP and other medical-device quality standards.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
