We are seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facility. This role is ideal for someone with general maintenance experience who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in keeping a building running smoothly.
About the Role
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and general facility support to ensure a safe and efficient environment for staff, residents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic facilities maintenance, including minor repairs, inspections, and general upkeepAssist with routine maintenance of building systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC filters, etc.)Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerSupport safety and compliance standards throughout the facilityCoordinate with outside vendors when neededMaintain clean, organized work areas and storage spacesQualifications
Required:
Experience in medical or nursing home environments is a strong plus.Basic facilities maintenance experienceAbility to perform minor repairs and general building upkeepStrong attention to detail and reliabilityAbility to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as neededPreferred:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Venice, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
