Industrial Facilities Maintenance Technician

🔧 About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Industrial Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, enjoys solving complex mechanical and electrical problems, and takes pride in keeping critical building systems running at peak performance.

You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of facility equipment — including HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, air compressors, pumps, and other industrial utilities. Your work directly supports safe, efficient, and reliable operations across the facility.

🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, including rooftop units, air handlers, VAVs, and control systemsPerform routine and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and hydronic systemsTroubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, valves, heat exchangers, and piping systemsConduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and building systemsMonitor and adjust building automation systems (BAS)Respond to equipment breakdowns and facility service requestsMaintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and system conditionsSupport safety initiatives and comply with all regulatory requirementsCollaborate with engineering, production, and external contractors as needed🧰 Qualifications3+ years of experience in industrial or commercial facilities maintenanceStrong knowledge of HVAC, boilers, chillers, and mechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematicsExperience with BAS/BMS systems (preferred)Familiarity with industrial safety practices (LOTO, confined space, PPE)EPA 608 Certification (preferred)Boiler operator license or experience (a plus)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team💼 What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for training, certification, and career advancementA stable, safety-focused work environment🚀
