**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**
**Job Overview**
This role focuses on performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and completing repairs that reduce downtime and keep production running efficiently and at a high standard.
**Responsibilities**
+ Handle routine upkeep on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other facility equipment.
+ Carry out scheduled maintenance on machinery according to established plans and procedures.
+ Repair or replace faulty components including belts, bearings, motors, and sensors.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues to identify abnormalities or failures.
+ Work closely with team members and leads to solve complex technical challenges.
+ Document maintenance work, repairs performed, and parts used with accuracy.
+ Follow all safety standards and regulatory requirements to ensure equipment operates safely and legally.
+ Support production teams by providing technical assistance that helps prevent workflow interruptions.
**Essential Skills**
+ Hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and facility maintenance
+ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
+ HVAC maintenance and repair proficiency
+ Experience with boilers, air compressors, RTUs, and chillers
+ Knowledge of electrical systems including lighting, ballasts, and 240v+ setups
+ Plumbing capabilities such as drain snaking, sink replacement, and installing auto-flush systems

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
