Hiring Facilities Maintenance Technicians/Building Engineers

The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs repairs and maintenance across buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role requires hands-on expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, along with general construction skills.

Day ShiftUp to $32/hour paid weekly!

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and commercial mechanical systems.Perform painting, carpentry, masonry, and general construction tasks.Change office setups and assist with office furniture installations and inventory.Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and snow removal equipment such as plows, blowers, and shovels.Be available for emergency maintenance and respond to Facilities Help Desk requests.Manage projects using plans and drawings, and maintain tools and material stock.Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate repair records and documentation.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building maintenance, drywall, facility maintenance, and carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance.Ability to manage projects and maintain accurate documentation.Capability to operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and snow removal equipment.

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $66560.00/yr.
