Job Description
This position is located on Offutt Airforce Base, responsible for maintaining a 1 million square foot facility. The role requires a skilled Stationary Building Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on building systems and HVAC equipment.Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and other building systems.Work with building automation systems.Maintain and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.Essential SkillsMinimum of three years of experience in building engineering.Third-grade Engineer License.EPA Universal CFC License.Experience with HVAC systems and controls.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.OSHA 10 certification is desirable.Experience working in federal facilities is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a large operations facility, managing office spaces within Offutt Airforce Base. The position is a second shift role, with hours from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday.

This is a permanent position based out of Bellevue, Nebraska.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.58 - $29.58/hr.
