**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities, equipment, and assets at a large retail store. This role involves utilizing hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs efficiently.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and assets by utilizing skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, and food equipment.
+ Utilize the work order management system to receive and document reactive repair work orders, supporting stores and store associates.
+ Provide prompt responses to emergency maintenance calls.
+ Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose and resolve issues.
+ Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, troubleshooting, and facilities maintenance.
+ Experience in preventive maintenance, painting, drywall, and as a maintenance technician.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Must be 18 years or older.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move up and down ladders frequently.
+ Comfortable working at heights and standing or sitting for long periods.
+ Capability to work in various temperatures.
+ Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.
+ Vocational or Technical certification and 1 year experience, or 2 years total work experience, in trades such as plumbing, electrical, or material handling equipment.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
