**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** Job Description We are seeking an entry-level Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist with various tasks around the facility. The role involves handling basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues, as well as performing general maintenance duties. Responsibilities + Assist with basic HVAC tasks, such as flipping switches. + Change out light switches and outlets. + Hang TVs and work on appliances. + Perform painting and drywall hanging. + Maintain grounds by spraying or pulling weeds. + Conduct power washing and hang ceiling tiles. + Handle minimal plumbing tasks like unclogging drains and changing flushing mechanisms. Essential Skills + Troubleshooting skills. + Experience as a facilities maintenance technician. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
