**Facilities Maintenance Technician** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems. This role involves working with machinery, plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, and HVAC systems. Responsibilities + Help troubleshoot and repair building systems like plumbing, machinery, and kitchen equipment. + Clean and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components. + Assist with installing and updating building equipment and systems. + Repair and replace finishes such as ceiling tiles, doors, wallpaper, and paint surfaces. + Identify ways to improve maintenance operations and reduce costs. + Use tools and equipment safely and effectively for facility and grounds upkeep. + Respond quickly to emergencies and service requests. + Inspect buildings and equipment for safety and perform routine maintenance. + Operate fire safety systems including alarms and pumps. + Perform carpentry work and snow removal as needed. + Follow safety regulations and work safely at all times. + Use technology like smartphones, tablets, and building automation systems. + Complete annual safety training. + Wear proper uniform and maintain a clean appearance on site. Essential Skills + 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting. + Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in areas such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or engine repair. + EPA Certification. + Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record. + Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word. Work Environment This role involves working on-site at a climate-controlled facility in Broken Arrow. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.75 - $26.13/hr.
