**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing 10-15 offsite medical facilities within a 1 to 1.5-hour radius. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of these facilities. Responsibilities + Check and maintain fire extinguishers. + Perform preventive maintenance tasks. + Conduct minor HVAC troubleshooting and repairs. + Maintain water fixtures. + Collaborate with a team of three other technicians. Essential Skills + Experience in preventive maintenance and building maintenance. + Proficiency in facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. + A minimum of three years in facilities tech or building maintenance roles. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with painting and general maintenance tasks is advantageous. Why Work Here? Work Environment The role involves traveling to various offsite medical facilities in the Richmond area. You will work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The company provides all necessary equipment and uniforms, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed in your role. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glen Allen, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
