**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** Job Description As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing minor plumbing and electrical repairs, assisting the operations team with building and equipment maintenance, and conducting general interior maintenance such as hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, and repairing office furniture systems. You will also complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and other general maintenance duties as assigned. Responsibilities + Assist in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment, including completing general plumbing, electric, HVAC, any drywall repairs. + Will work with team to complete preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with PM schedule. + Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs. + Conduct general interior maintenance, such as hanging pictures and installing keyboard trays. + Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, and tenant service requests. + Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested. + Perform facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting conditions impacting client occupancy and operations. + Respond effectively to all emergencies. + Recognize and propose methods to eliminate safety hazards. + Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs. + Document work performance and materials procurement as directed. + Perform other operational tasks as assigned. Essential Skills + Proficiency in plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, chillers, boilers, and building automation systems. + 3+ years of experience in general building repair and maintenance. + Basic plumbing and electrical skills. + Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and use ladders up to 28 ft. + Mechanical and electrical aptitude. + Valid state-issued driver's license. Work Schedule + The work schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-10:30pm. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
