Job Description
As a Technician, you will be responsible for using hand and power tools to repair various aspects of office spaces, including flooring, faucets, toilets, door frames, and windows.
ResponsibilitiesUse hand and power tools to perform repairs on office flooring, faucets, toilets, door frames, and windows.Perform maintenance tasks related to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.Conduct carpentry work as needed to maintain office facilities.Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all repair tasks are completed efficiently.Essential SkillsProficient in electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and flooring repair.Strong understanding of facilities maintenance techniques.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in facilities maintenance, HVAC, and mechanical systems.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
