Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician Summary:

We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing plant running smoothly. You'll handle maintenance and repairs for various systems and equipment, making sure everything works safely and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:Perform routine checks and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building fixtures.Follow maintenance schedules to keep machines and equipment in top shape.Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical issues.Team up with coworkers to solve complex problems.Keep detailed records of repairs and parts used.Follow all safety rules and industry standards.Support production teams to prevent equipment-related delays.Key Skills:Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repairsCarpentry, drywall, and building maintenanceStrong troubleshooting abilitiesEPA Universal Certification requiredBonus Experience:Experience with boilers, chillers, RTUs (2–100 tons), and air compressorsSkilled in electrical work (240V+), and plumbing tasks like replacing sinks or toiletsAbility to read schematics and do basic PLC troubleshootingComfortable using hand tools and doing hands-on repairsWhy Join Us:Be part of an innovative automotive manufacturing teamClean, organized workspace that supports efficiency

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
