**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the building's internal and external structures through preventative maintenance. You will also coordinate with vendors on-site and report to the HR Manager while performing light electrical and plumbing tasks. **Responsibilities** + Conduct preventative maintenance around the building, both internally and externally. + Coordinate and oversee vendors on-site to ensure compliance with maintenance standards. + Perform light electrical and plumbing repairs as needed. + Report maintenance activities and issues to the HR Manager. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair. + Experience as a Maintenance Technician in facilities maintenance. + Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance. + Ability to perform drywall repairs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. + Basic math and computer skills, including email, Excel, and shipment software. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. + Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, climbing, or bending for extended periods. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the opportunity to transition to a direct role with the company.
