**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility and equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration, conveyor systems, and more.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure that all equipment is operating properly and safely.
+ Perform periodic and general maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned and according to schedule, including hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance.
+ Conduct major overhaul of equipment, fabrication of parts, air conditioning and heating system installation, adjustment, system design changes, and calibration.
+ Repair electronic and pneumatic controls.
+ Perform daily inspections of doors, dock plates, banana rooms, and other support areas, recognizing and repairing problems before breakdown occurs.
+ Independently troubleshoot and repair problems using advanced skills, including electronic repair and programming.
+ Repair racks, replace batteries and chargers, repair ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems, and replace damaged lighting fixtures.
+ Maintain complete repair order records.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least four years’ experience or training in the maintenance field with current state and local licenses.
+ Experience in electronics, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs.
+ Ability to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment.
+ Manual dexterity, overall coordination, and good balance to work both at ground level and high places.
+ Ability to operate pallet jacks and diagnostic equipment.
+ Mental alertness for safe and accurate completion of work activities.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience as an Automotive Technician.
+ Mechanical troubleshooting, industrial maintenance, forklift repair, and conveyor maintenance.
+ HVAC experience.
+ Ability to learn and follow company policies regarding safe operations of forklifts and pallet jacks, maintenance related power equipment, and hand tools.
+ Ability to read and comprehend labeling on hazardous materials and equipment.

**Work Environment**
Work is primarily performed in a typical warehouse setting, where standard hazards exist with machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and mechanized systems. You will be working in an environment with movement of tractors and trailers, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $65936.00/yr.
