**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance on industrial and production equipment throughout the facility. This role requires independent work to meet maintenance requirements, while also keeping detailed maintenance records. The technician will perform maintenance and repairs on the property Shift: 7:00am -3:30pm Monday - Friday pay $28- $32 Direct Placement Location: Santa Clarita **Responsibilities** + Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance on industrial/production equipment and tools throughout the facility, including greasing motors, checking for air leaks, checking fluid/oil levels, changing oils, replacing belts/rollers on conveyors, and replacing pneumatic pumps. + Work independently to meet maintenance requirements. + Keep detailed maintenance records. + Perform maintenance and repairs on the property, including landscaping and grounds. + Conduct minor plumbing maintenance and repair, such as repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing plumbing fixtures. + Execute minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and masonry work. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
