Job Title:
Facilities Maintenance Technician
Pay:
25- 35/hr
Description:
This individual as a Senior Facility Technician will interface between end user, technical staff, and suppliers for equipment, installation, or system. Responsible for ongoing maintenance and repair o facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other associated systems. Candidate will perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing and laboratory equipment.
Responsibilities:
•\tMaintenance and repair work on facility, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building management, and other installed equipment
•\tPerform maintenance and repair work on manufacturing and laboratory equipment
•\tUnderstand BAS/BMS, fire/life safety, purified water, environmental monitoring systems
•\tReview SOP of maintenance and manufacturing lines
•\tCoordinate with vendors and suppliers
Qualifications:
Must Have:
•\t3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
•\tSpecial Boilers license
•\tStrong mechanical aptitude
•\tProficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel and Word)
Nice to Have:
•\tExperience in clean room environment
•\tEPA certification to work on refrigerant systems preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
