**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining all automated equipment and assisting with the creation of report documentation for predictive and preventative maintenance. The role involves sourcing and ordering components for equipment in case of faults, and developing a preventative maintenance SOP to predict and prevent equipment downtime.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and repair automated equipment.
+ Create documentation for predictive and preventative maintenance.
+ Source and order components for faulty equipment.
+ Develop preventative maintenance SOPs.
+ Troubleshoot and repair facility issues.
+ Install air lines, water lines, and handle plumbing tasks.
+ Perform welding and electronics troubleshooting.
**Essential Skills**
+ Electrical maintenance and repair.
+ Mechanical and hydraulic systems.
+ Pneumatic systems.
+ Blueprint reading.
+ Conveyor system installation.
+ Industrial maintenance.
+ HVAC systems.
+ Facilities maintenance.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechatronics Degree Preferred.
+ Experience with PLC Debugging and Troubleshooting.
+ Preventative Maintenance Reporting.
+ Predictive Maintenance.

**Work Environment**
The role is set in an assembly-type environment with metal detectors and screening prior to entering the facility. No PPE is required in this temperature-controlled warehouse.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
