Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and oversee the maintenance of our entire plant. The ideal candidate will be experienced with machinery such as slitters, cutters, printers, grinders, wrappers, gun-slings, presses, and rollers. Responsibilities will include performing all facility work, including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical maintenance, and machinery maintenance. This is a higher-level maintenance role and requires experience in machinery maintenance.
ResponsibilitiesOversee and maintain machinery including slitters, cutters, printers, grinders, wrappers, gun-slings, presses, and rollers.Perform facility work including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.Conduct machinery maintenance and repair tasks as required.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.Implement preventive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment functionality.Essential SkillsProficiency in electrical troubleshooting and machine maintenance.Experience in preventive maintenance and facilities maintenance.Knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, mechanical repair, and hydraulics.Additional Skills & QualificationsWelding experience.Machining maintenance expertise.Capability in facility maintenance tasks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a fast-paced shop setting spread across two floors. Cell phones are not permitted on the plant floor and must be stored in lockers. The facility is semi-loud and cluttered, requiring the use of basic personal protective equipment (PPE). The standard shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week with no overtime.

This is a Permanent position based out of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $54080.00/yr.

Medical/Dental/Vision covered but higher deductible- employees can pay out of pocket for a better plan with lower deductible
