Facilities Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining all automated equipment and assisting in the creation of report documentation for predictive and preventative maintenance. The role includes sourcing and ordering components for equipment in case of machinery faults. The technician will also develop a preventative maintenance SOP to anticipate equipment downtime and prevent it from occurring. **Responsibilities** + Maintain automated equipment and systems. + Create and document reports for predictive and preventative maintenance. + Source and order components for machinery when faults occur. + Develop preventative maintenance SOPs based on common equipment errors. + Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment, including conveyors, HVAC, and plumbing systems. + Install air and water lines, and perform welding tasks. + Conduct PLC debugging and troubleshooting. **Essential Skills** + Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. + Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems expertise. + Blueprint reading and installation skills. + Experience in industrial maintenance and repair. + Facility maintenance knowledge. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechatronics Degree Preferred. + Experience with PLC debugging and troubleshooting. + Ability to perform predictive and preventative maintenance reporting. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company with a climate-controlled environment. The warehouse is temperature-controlled, and no PPE is required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
