Safety is always a top priority   The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following: Supervise and schedule maintenance mechanics, ensuring adherence to safety standards and optimal site security Support the Maintenance Manager with equipment acquisition, installation, and improvements, while maintaining facilities to sanitary design best practices Actively participate in and improve the Process Safety Management Program and serve as a member of the HAZMAT team Assist with all CMMS functions Complete special projects promptly and work flexible hours as needed   The background of the successful candidate must include the following: 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or a related technical degree Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams, ideally in an environment subject to stringent hygiene and sanitation regulations Familiarity with CMMS systems and Process Safety Management is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work 10-hour shifts, 2nd shift start time (1:30 pm), and 1 weekend/month rotation High proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) A solid work history A US citizen or Green Card holder A residence within 45 minutes of Jefferson
