Job Overview

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee all equipment, property, and maintenance operations at our distribution center. This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating cross-functional maintenance efforts, ensuring safety compliance, managing preventative programs, and supporting operational continuity. You'll lead a team of maintenance professionals while collaborating with internal departments and external vendors. The role is based on-site in our Distribution Center and may require flexibility for evening and weekend work.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent experience in a warehouse setting3+ years managing facility, building, or maintenance operations1–3+ years of mechanical repair experience (conveyors, forklifts, etc.)Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to operate powered industrial equipmentStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesWillingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

Physical Demands

Ability to walk, stand, kneel, climb, twist, lift/move items up to 50 lbsAbility to move throughout all areas of the distribution centerExtended standing or sitting required during work shifts

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:

$80,000 - $100,000 annual salary (based on experience)
