Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee maintenance and facilities management operations. This role requires a professional with 3+ years of experience in preventive maintenance planning, system troubleshooting, and implementing cost-effective facility solutions.

What this job involves:

Facilities Management & Coordination

Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of all hard service systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systemsConduct regular facility inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and develop comprehensive maintenance plansManage and prioritize work orders and service requests to ensure timely resolution and minimize operational downtime

Maintenance Operations

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and handle breakdown maintenance activitiesManage Building Management Systems (BMS) for optimal facility performanceExposure to building renovation/remodeling projects

Vendor & Contract Management

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality work and cost-effective solutionsCreate and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for efficient service deliveryAssess equipment replacement needs and coordinate spare parts procurement

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standardsMaintain accurate records and documentation including maintenance logs, repair records, and service contractsParticipate in capital improvement project development and implementation

Sounds like you? To apply you need to have:

3+ years of experience in maintenance and facilities managementKnowledge of preventive maintenance planning and troubleshooting methodologiesExperience with Building Management Systems (BMS)Proven tickets/work orders management experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Proficiency in English and local languagesFlexibility for post-working hours/weekend support if required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in critical facility environmentsExperience developing maintenance procedure
